How to Support Kairos of Northeast Florida, Area 3

There are several ways to become involved with Kairos:

·      Team Volunteer. Working a team requires members meet for 36 hours to prepare for a Kairos Weekend. Members share their special talents – musical, spiritual, social throughout the Weekend. Team members must have attended a three-day weekend, such as Cursillo, Walk to Emmaus or Tres Dias.  The process begins with a volunteer application, which is submitted to the council and leaders of upcoming Weekends. Leaders begin choosing their team many months in advance, so becoming a Team Volunteer can take a long time because of all the planning involved. If you are interested in working on a team, ask a Kairos volunteer for an application form or request one from:

·        Prayer Partners. In Kairos, we depend on God to make thing happen, so we recruit volunteers to pray for us from start to finish. If you are interested in participating in our prayer vigil, talk to a Kairos volunteer or send a note to:

·        Agape. Agape is  sacrificial “love” that takes many forms. It is often expressed physically as a note or poster. It could also be “green agape” – a financial gift that is tax deductible.
